IPG CEO Philippe Krakowsky Discusses Hispanic Talent at Cannes

IPG CEO Philippe Krakowsky, and We Are All Human’s Founder and CEO Claudia Romo Edelman, met this year on the main stage at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity to discuss Hispanic representation in the marketing and communications industry.

U.S. Hispanics represent significant untapped potential for the creative industry, both as a market and as a talent pool. Unfortunately, they remain largely invisible — underrepresented, misrepresented and undervalued. As the first-ever LATAM-born CEO of a big four holding company, Philippe Krakowsky, interviewed by Edelman, discussed his background, his views on equity and inclusion, and steps our industry is taking toward true representation.
